GROUND (2-5 DAY) SHIPPING for BAKING MIXES

$2.99 FLAT RATE FOR ALL MIXES
All US orders for baking mixes will ship within 1-2 days.  

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground Shipping, unless otherwise required, and typically arrive in 2-5 business days, depending on your region.

UPS (2 DAY) SHIPPING for COOKIE DOUGHS

$10.00 FLAT RATE FOR COOKIE DOUGHS & FROSTINGS

All US orders for cookie dough ship 2 day air Monday through Wednesday.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Our baking mixes are now available in Canada and can be found at NaturaMarket.ca.  We will ship to Australia and New Zealand at current USPS Large Flat Rate or Medium Flat rate charges.

RETURN POLICIES

RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:

At the customer’s option, a refund will be issued for items purchased from www.californiacountrygal.com that are defective (this includes items recalled by the manufacturer).  If the customer opts for a refund, the refund will be made using the same credit card as the original purchase.  The discretion of California Country Gal, Inc. shall be final in determining whether merchandise is “defective”. Product packaging is designed to protect the contents. Refunds or credits will not be issued for items with minor cosmetic blemishes that happen during shipping, such as dented package corners or scuffed labels.  If products are purchased elsewhere (amazon.com, outside retailers), customers must address returns directly with that specific retailer.

RETURNS OF NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:

Because our products are food items we have a no-return policy on non-defective merchandise.
