GRAIN FREE BROWNIES DIRECTIONS

BROWNIES

Add 1/2 CUP of any REAL BREAD™ BAKING MIX  into a bowl.

Whisk in:

1/2 CUPS cocoa powder (I like Dutch processed)

Sweetener to equal 1 CUP sugar (I use erythritol or Swerve )

In another bowl whisk together:

4 LARGE eggs 
1/2 CUP melted butter 
1/2 CUP canned pumpkin

1 TABLESPOON vanilla

2/3 teaspoon pure monk fruit or stevia

DIRECTIONS:

 

Combine the two bowls, stirring until mixed.

Stir in chocolate chips if desired (The batter will be thick).

Pour into a greased 8"x 8" pan.

Bake at 350°F for about 23-25 minutes.

The center should still be soft ....Do not over bake!
