GRAIN FREE BROWNIES DIRECTIONS

BROWNIES

Add 1/2 Cup of our Breads & Buns Mix into a bowl.

Whisk in:

  • 1/2 Cups cocoa powder (I like Dutch processed)

  • Sweetener to equal 1 CUP sugar (I use erythritol or Swerve )

In another bowl whisk together:

  • 4 Large eggs 

  • 1/2 Cup melted butter 

  • 1/2 Cup canned pumpkin

  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla

  • 2/3 teaspoon pure monk fruit or stevia

DIRECTIONS:

 

  1. Combine the two bowls, stirring until mixed.

  2. Stir in chocolate chips if desired (The batter will be thick).

  3. Pour into a greased 8"x 8" pan.

  4. Bake at 350°F for about 23-25 minutes.

  5. The center should still be soft ....Do not overbake!
