Well... at least the CRUST and the SAUCE are HEALTHY and taste Soooo Gooood you can even cut waay back on the Mozzarella! And the Naughty Toppings are Your Choice!

While we're on the subject of Potatoes (we were weren't we?)....Oh I was still reveling in that yummy Sandwich Bun recipe... But I've gotta say that around here if there was life without good Pizza, well, I just don't know what would happen, but it wouldn't be good!

One bright and sunny BB (that's 'Before Blogging') day, I decided to tackle the very challenging task of making some sandwich/hamburger buns without using the typical gluten-free flours or added starches that have been extracted from their original source and are soooo bad for our bodies.
