It was a cool and rainy Sunday here yesterday.  Just Animal and I were home, alone with a nice little fire, sprawling dogs and...the football game!
  I don't mind a little football, but for me to sit and watch a game I really have to have nothing else on my mind, a magazine in my hand or lots of appetizers and maybe a beer in front of me!  None of which criteria were in place yesterday, SO.... I decided to whip up a small batch of yummy Lasagne!

DARN NEAR PERFECT POTATO SANDWICH BUNS! DELICIOUS, QUICK, EASY AND GRAIN-FREE!!

One bright and sunny BB (that's 'Before Blogging') day, I decided to tackle the very challenging task of making some sandwich/hamburger buns without using the typical gluten-free flours or added starches that have been extracted from their original source and are soooo bad for our bodies.

MAKING BUTTER

There is NO reason on the face of this Earth or even the whole wide Universe that you shouldn't be making your own butter!  It's so easy, takes just a few minutes of your precious time and it's way more budget-friendly than buying it in the store! (Especially if you can get the half gallon of organic Heavy Cream  somewhere like CostCo).  And please, don't ever buy any of that fake stuff in the plastic tub!  Or, at least don't ever tell me about it.  I would forgive you if it's in your past, b...
