Delicious Raw Applesauce
No need to cook apples to death when we have kitchen gadgets that do our work for us. Love this because it's so quick, easy, healthy and delicious! Perfect all year 'round.
4 chopped apples (peel and all)
half a barely ripe banana
a squeeze of fresh lemon
a touch of cinnamon
pure monk fruit or stevia, to taste
Toss this all into your food processor and proccess until smooth. Chill until ready to eat.
