GRAIN FREE PIZZA CRUST DIRECTIONS
Add additional salt, seasonings or even yeast to the dry mix for flavor, if desired.
Stir 1 CUP water into 1 1/2 CUPS (1/2 bag) of any REAL BREAD™ BAKING MIX. (I don't use starch but if you do, add 1/4 CUP potato starch for a crisp crust).
Roll between 2 sheets of parchment paper.
Remove the top sheet and invert onto a round 12-16 inch pizza pan coated with olive oil or nut oil.
Use your palm to press the dough from the center to the edges to form a thicker crust at the edge.
Remove the parchment paper, use a fork to poke holes all over.
Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.
While the crust is baking, stir fry some broccoli florets and mushrooms until tender. Top crust with the vegetables and cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted
