PANCAKES
Makes 8-10 / 4" pancakes
For best results make a small batch that you cook right away because the batter will become too thick to work with if it rests long.
DRY INGREDIENTS:

1/2 Cup of our Breads & Buns Mix

Add sweetener of your choice if desired, or cinnamon.
WET INGREDIENTS:

2 Large eggs
-
1 Cup Cream or Milk of choice

1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
DIRECTIONS:

Whisk together the Dry Ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.

Whisk together the Wet Ingredients.

Whisk the Wet Ingredients into the Dry Ingredients until combined.

Fry on greased or non-stick skillet over medium heat.
For Waffles, add 1 1/2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil or melted Butter.
