Makes 8-10 / 4" pancakes

For best results make a small batch that you cook right away because the batter will become too thick to work with if it rests long.


  • 1/2 Cup of our Breads & Buns Mix

  • Add sweetener of your choice if desired, or cinnamon.



  • 2 Large eggs

  • 1 Cup Cream or Milk of choice

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)


  1. Whisk together the Dry Ingredients in a large bowl and set aside. 

  2. Whisk together the Wet Ingredients. 

  3. Whisk the Wet Ingredients into the Dry Ingredients until combined. 

  4. Fry on greased or non-stick skillet over medium heat.

For Waffles, add 1 1/2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil or melted Butter.
