GRAIN FREE PANCAKES DIRECTIONS

FLUFFY PANCAKES

 

Whisk together:

2 LARGE eggs

1 CUP cream or nut milk (or applesauce)

1 teaspoon vanilla.  


Add 1/2 - 2/3 CUP of any REAL BREAD™ BAKING MIX depending on the thickness of the liquid you use.  Stir to combine.

 

Begin making pancakes immediately, as the batter will be thick.

Fry in a hot, greased skillet.

Makes 10, 3" to 4” pancakes or make to your desired size. 


For waffles add 1 1/2 TABLESPOONS oil or melted butter.
