FLAT BREAD

 

Whisk together 1 1/2 CUPS water and 1 egg. 


Add 2 1/2 Cups of our Original Multi Purpose Bread Mix and stir to combine.

 

  1. Let rest a minute or two.  

  2. Roll out or pat out the dough between two sheets of oiled parchment paper, approximately 10" x 12".

  3. Peel off the top layer of paper and invert onto an oiled cookie sheet.

  4. Brush with garlic butter and sprinkle with spices, if desired.

  5. Bake at 375°F degrees for about 25 minutes.
