GRAIN FREE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES DIRECTIONS

CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

 

1 CUP of any REAL BREAD™ BAKING MIX

 

Combine:

2 eggs 

6 TABLESPOONS melted butter or shortening

1/3 CUP monkfruit/erythritol blend (or your favorite sweetener)
1/2 teaspoon pure monk fruit or stevia

1 TABLESPOON vanilla
1/2 CUP chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:

 

Stir BAKING MIX into bowl of combined ingredients until thoroughly mixed. 

Scoop balls of dough (I use an ice cream scoop) onto a greased or lined baking sheet.  

Gently press down on each dough ball with a damp palm.  

Bake at 350°F for about 16-18 minutes.
