GRAIN FREE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES DIRECTIONS

CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
1 Cup of our Breads & Buns Mix
Combine:
-
2 eggs
-
6 Tablespoons melted butter or shortening
-
1/3 Cup monkfruit/erythritol blend (or your favorite sweetener)
-
1/2 teaspoon pure monk fruit or stevia
-
1 Tablespoon vanilla
-
1/2 Cup chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:

Stir BAKING MIX into bowl of combined ingredients until thoroughly mixed.

Scoop balls of dough (I use an ice cream scoop) onto a greased or lined baking sheet.
-
Gently press down on each dough ball with a damp palm.
-
Bake at 350°F for about 16-18 minutes.
