GRAIN FREE BREAD PUDDING DIRECTIONS

BREAD PUDDING

 

INGREDIENTS:

1 REAL BREAD™ Sandwich Bread loaf

1/2 CUP pecans

1/2 CUP raisins 

2 LARGE eggs

2 1/2 CUPS cream or nut milk

Sweetener to equal 1/2 CUP sugar (I use erythritol)

1/3 teaspoon stevia

1 TABLESPOON vanilla

2 TABLESPOONS cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

pinch of sea salt  

DIRECTIONS:

Butter an 8"x 8" baking dish.

Cut bread into 1/2 inch pieces and add to baking dish.

Toss in raisins and pecans.

Whisk together the rest of the ingredients and pour over bread.

Let rest 2 hours or overnight.

Bake at 350°F about 50 minutes.

Serve with maple syrup (and bourbon)
