GRAIN FREE BREAD PUDDING DIRECTIONS

BREAD PUDDING

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Baked loaf from our Breads & Buns Mix

  • 1/2 Cup pecans

  • 1/2 Cup raisins 

  • 2 Large eggs

  • 2 1/2 Cups cream or nut milk

  • Sweetener to equal 1/2 Cup sugar 

  • 1/3 teaspoon stevia

  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla

  • 2 Tablespoons cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

  • pinch of sea salt  

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Butter an 8"x 8" baking dish.

  2. Cut bread into 1/2 inch pieces and add to baking dish.

  3. Toss in raisins and pecans.

  4. Whisk together the rest of the ingredients and pour over bread.

  5. Let rest 2 hours or overnight.

  6. Bake at 350°F about 50 minutes.

  7. Serve with maple syrup (and bourbon)
