GRAIN FREE BREAD PUDDING DIRECTIONS

BREAD PUDDING
INGREDIENTS:
-
1 Baked loaf from our Breads & Buns Mix

1/2 Cup pecans
-
1/2 Cup raisins
-
2 Large eggs
-
2 1/2 Cups cream or nut milk
-
Sweetener to equal 1/2 Cup sugar
-
1/3 teaspoon stevia
-
1 Tablespoon vanilla
-
2 Tablespoons cinnamon
-
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
-
pinch of sea salt
DIRECTIONS:

Butter an 8"x 8" baking dish.

Cut bread into 1/2 inch pieces and add to baking dish.

Toss in raisins and pecans.
-
Whisk together the rest of the ingredients and pour over bread.

Let rest 2 hours or overnight.
-
Bake at 350°F about 50 minutes.

Serve with maple syrup (and bourbon)
