DOUBLE CHOCOLATE COOKIES
Makes 12 Cookies
Combine:
1/2 Cup of our Breads & Buns Mix
1/4 Cup cocoa powder
Sweetener to equal 1/2 cup sugar
In a separate bowl, Combine:

2 eggs
-
1/2 Cup melted butter or shortening

1/2 teaspoon pure monk fruit or stevia
-
2 teaspoons vanilla

Stir the dry ingredients into the wet and add:

1/3 Cup chocolate chips and/or chopped walnuts
DIRECTIONS:

Scoop balls of dough (I use an ice cream scoop) onto a greased or lined baking sheet.

Gently press down on each dough ball with a damp palm.
-
Bake at 350°F for 9-11 minutes.
