DOUBLE CHOCOLATE COOKIES

Makes 12 Cookies

 

1/2 CUP of any REAL BREAD™ BAKING MIX

 

Combine:

2 eggs 

1/2 CUP butter or shortening

1/4 CUP cocoa powder (I prefer dutch processed)

Sweetener to equal 1/2 CUP sugar (I usually use erythritol or IMO)
1/2 TEASPOON pure monk fruit or stevia

2 TEAPOONS vanilla
1/3 CUP chocolate chips and/or chopped walnuts​

DIRECTIONS:

 

Stir BAKING MIX into bowl of combined ingredients until thoroughly mixed. 

Scoop balls of dough (I use an ice cream scoop) onto a greased or lined baking sheet.  

Gently press down on each dough ball with a damp palm.  

Bake at 350°F for 9-11 minutes.
