grain free chocolate chip cookies


Makes 12 Cookies



1/2 Cup of our Breads & Buns Mix

1/4 Cup cocoa powder 

Sweetener to equal 1/2 cup sugar

In a separate bowl, Combine:

  • 2 eggs 

  • 1/2 Cup melted butter or shortening

  • 1/2 teaspoon pure monk fruit or stevia

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

  • Stir the dry ingredients into the wet and add:

  • 1/3 Cup chocolate chips and/or chopped walnuts​



  1. Scoop balls of dough (I use an ice cream scoop) onto a greased or lined baking sheet.  

  2. Gently press down on each dough ball with a damp palm.  

  3. Bake at 350°F for 9-11 minutes.
